Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear, transparent guidelines regarding booking modifications, cancellations, and refund eligibility at NDSpa.

1. Appointment Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. At NDSpa, guests may request to reschedule their appointment time at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled booking slot without any penalty or inconvenience fee. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability at our sanctuary inside Radisson Blu Hotel, Dwarka.

2. Cancellation Windows & Eligibility

To ensure smooth operations and fairness to our wellness specialists:

  • Cancellations made 2+ hours in advance: Eligible for a full refund of any advance booking deposit or complimentary slot rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of slot: May incur a 50% cancellation processing fee from advance deposits to compensate reserved specialist time.
  • No-Shows (Failure to arrive without notice): Advance booking deposits for unannounced no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Advance Deposits & Refunds

Where advance booking tokens or pre-payments are accepted:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed back via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card) within 3 to 5 business days.
  • In case of booking cancellation due to unforeseen operational reasons or therapist unavailability on our part, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded immediately or rescheduled according to guest preference.

4. On-Site Treatment Adjustments

Once a therapeutic session has commenced, refunds or partial refunds will not be issued. However, if a guest experiences any discomfort during the initial 10 minutes of a treatment session, our management will promptly adjust the therapy type or therapist without additional charge.

5. Professional Service Guarantee

NDSpa operates strictly as a professional luxury wellness center. Requests or behavior violating our professional code of ethics will result in immediate session termination without refund eligibility.
