1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NDSpa website, making a reservation request, or utilizing our spa and wellness services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking or utilizing our services.

2. Reservation & Appointment Policy

NDSpa provides high-end wellness treatments and comfortable treatment room experiences. To maintain an atmosphere of serene relaxation:

  • Booking Requests: Reservations are scheduled via direct WhatsApp chat or telephone consultation (`+91 93150 40038`).
  • Selected Packages: Packages include 1 Hour (1 Session - ₹10,000) and 6 Hours or 360 Mins (3 Sessions - ₹28,000).
  • Arrival Time: Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for check-in and preparation.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms

We allocate dedicated treatment rooms and senior wellness specialists for each reservation:

  • Please inform us at least 2 to 4 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

4. Spa Decorum & Health Disclaimers

To preserve an environment of tranquility, comfort, and professional wellness care:

  • Health Conditions: Guests must inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or physical injuries prior to therapy start.
  • Professional Conduct: NDSpa enforces strict professional decorum. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • Personal Belongings: While treatment rooms are provided, guests are responsible for securing their personal valuables.

5. Pricing & Payments

All pricing listed on our website is quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are subject to confirmation at the time of booking request. Payments are processed in full upon arrival or prior to session commencement via approved payment channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

NDSpa and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper disclosure of personal health conditions by the guest or failure to follow pre-session guidelines.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot without penalty. Advance booking deposits for cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows may incur a processing fee. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
